No more sending out long links to your meetings! With Crunched, your meeting room is always in the same place and easy to find.

Premium subscribers get to personalize their meeting room: crunched.com/your-name. Free users will be assigned a randomized meeting room URL that doesn’t change.

Audio Conferencing

Participants in meetings hosted by Professional and Company subscribers can join the audio portion of any meeting by phone or computer (VOIP). Personal plan participants can join by computer. Free plans do not include audio conferencing, but you can always use your own phone.

Group &amp Team Management

Our Group & Team Management feature allows you to create and manage a company and unlimited teams within that company. Users can be assigned to groups (e.g. sales, marketing, support, different territories, you name it!).

This simplifies visibility, reporting, and sharing of presentations, meeting recordings and activity on who read which decks.

Salesforce Integration

No more tedious data entry with our Salesforce integration. Every meeting and email follow-up on Crunched automatically gets logged as activity, and a lead is created for everyone with whom you meet. Don’t worry, we don’t create duplicates–existing leads and contacts simply get updated. It’s like magic.

Screen Sharing

Hosts can share full or partial screen, pick which monitor to share, or pass screen share controls to participants. And yes, participants can go into full-screen mode.

LinkedIn Integration

We bring meetings to life by showing who’s in the meeting, what role they play at their company, how they might influence your deal and who and what you have in common. You can even connect to them instantly on LinkedIn before, during and after a meeting with the click of a button.
